Lavender: Lavandula angustifolia (Mill.)
This peaceful, purple flower is most often associated with restful sleep and relaxation. L. angustifolia, known as “true lavender,” can add an herbaceous, woody, and sweet taste to culinary preparations and tasty teas to support overall comfort.
